Caryn Tomasiewicz

Caryn Tomasiewicz is a fervent believer in the individual's ability to take control of their health and lead a wellness-based life. She has spent the last decade training, motivating, and empowering employees to live their best lives within the time constraints we all have as the hardest working nation on earth. Before joining Health at Work she served as the Senior Wellness Manager for a multinational wellness group. She has implemented wellness solutions for organizations of up to 11,000 employees in multiple countries and in two languages. She also has extensive experience on the insurance side, installing Consumer Driven Plans and working with employers and employees to maximize their benefits while containing costs. A life-long asthmatic, she has competed in several endurance events (marathons, triathlons) and has worked with Chicago-area allergy and asthma specialists to address the increased incidence of asthma in children.
