For Teachers

Professional Scholarships

Each school year DCFT provides money for our members who wish to attend conferences or classes in their field of expertise. Scholarship funds will be awarded for workshop and conferences only. No degree college courses will be covered.

Scholarship Applications must be received on or before:

• October 10,
• January 10,
• April 10
• July 10

Depending on the amount requested and how many applications received each quarter -- you may be awarded full or partial scholarship funds.

These scholarships will cover registration fees or tuition only. It excludes: parking, tolls, lodging, travel expenses, textbooks, materials for campus or on-line classes, meals, and/or substitute teachers.

Only DCFT members may apply every 2 years.  You must be a member of the DCFT for 1 year before applying.  Apply for your professional scholarship today.
