- Draw on multiple strategies for

Knowledge of Content

Outstanding Educators:
- Know the subjects they teach
- Know how to teach those subjects
to students
- Know how subjects are related to
one another across the curriculum
- Can relate the subjects they teach
to real world applications
- Are reflective practitioners who
facilitate professional growth through self-assessment, and
whose knowledge is based on both practical experience and
professional literature
