Performance Pay - District Responsibility Pay
Contract Language
a)
District Responsibility Pay. The District and the Union will jointly
manage a District Responsibility Pay Plan supported by not less than
$25 per full time equivalent teacher employed as of October 1,
Student Count Day. The President of the Union, in consultation with
the Director of Human Resources, will identify activities that
qualify for responsibility pay and shall also identify, the
indicators of successful performance of the responsibility. This
money is intended to support joint District and Union activities and
activities connected with the Performance Pay Plan for
Teachers. |
