- $12,000 No-Cost Life Insurance
For the first year of enrollment, members receive $12,000 life
insurance at no cost. After the first year, members may continue
their policy coverage at a reduced rate through MetLife
DCFCE Membership Dues
- Employee’s annual income $12,000/year
or less, dues are $9.00/month
- Employee’s annual income over
$12,000/year, dues are $18.00/month
